There is an issue with TurboCAD MAC 3D Build 577. It may be the one
that you are trying to install. The problem manifests itself in that
the activation key is not accepted.
To identify which version you have, please look at the CD. It contains
a part number that says: 04TC... If the last digit of that part number
is not an "A", you have build 577 and should upgrade to 580
You can download the build from the IMSI support web site: http://download.imsisoft.com/turbocad/TC3D1.1.dmg
Download the application and install it using the serial number that you got with the CD version.
