1) To complete a clean install remove TurboCAD from the hard drive by deleting the following folders.
 
  a) Applications/TurboCAD Mac v7
 
  b) Library/application support/IMSI
 
2) Once this is completes Run Disk Utilities and repair the permissions of the hard drive
 
   a) To open up Disk Utilities from the utilities folder (available in 
the go menu). Select the volume      (hard drive) then repair all 
permissions.
 
3) Reinstall TurboCAD Mac v7

Tools may not behave correctly and TC may not even start correctly.  So clearing out the contents of the Built-In folder will force TurboCAD to rebuild the workspace next time you launch the software.

By default the built-in folder is located:

This will fix problems related to registry virtualization.  

The most common issues related to registry virtualization.   TurboCAD asking for activation every time you load, and TurboCAD not being able to read the serial number resulting in the error message &acirc;€œYour serial number is either missing or incorrect&acirc;€
